Our solution

Movieit is a completely digital and IP technology solution. It operates in four major stages:

Stage 1:

Video recording and storage management.

In this phase, the solution allows to:

Capture the images on an embedded mini-computer;

Transmit videos via 3G / 4G connection;

Download images automatically and without human intervention
when the vehicle arrives near a certain location where there is a
structure of antennas wifi;

Automatically detect faults in the garage antennas, the mini-
computer shipped, the cameras and other device;

Monitor the consumption of storage area;

Remotely modify recording attributes such as image quality,
resolution and frame size;

Enable or disable the use of USB GPS.
Stage 2:

Auditing the video captured.

In this phase, the solution allows to:

Have an automatic or manual distribution of videos among several auditors;

Schedule audits for specific timeframes;

Audit categories by client specifics;

Audit optimization features such as hotkeys, auto completion, movement
indicators, geo-reference maps, speed display, and all integration with
telemetry;

Audit reports with analytics and extract of video on audit events.
Stage 3:

Monitoring, coaching and improving the customer’s operation performance indicators.

In this phase, the solution allows to:

Reliability of the solution, monitoring the video download and storage;

Supervise the performance and quality of auditors;

Analyze the incidences of nonconformities by class, event, period,
driver or vehicle;

Coaching and monitoring performance of drivers involve in incidents
of non-compliance.
Stage 4:

Maintenance and performance of our solution.

In this phase, the solution allows to:

Automatically delete old videos, as per the customer’s thresholds and
storage needs;

Send alerts when disk space saturation occurs or when physical crashes
occur on the image server.
